If you cater for the Poor in Africa, YOU can be more than successful e.g A Nurse( UK trained) who setup two bed room mud hospital in the far away village out of the city. the nearest hospital is 28 miles away. After 2 years she built 12 rooms (cement blocks0 hospital to be able to cope with the demand from the neighbouring villages. She now employ Doctors to do other types of medical care-Tests for malaria, cholera, diabetes, e.t.c, .
