This is a business any Diaspora can start in Africa. There are more to be gain by providing for peoples need. Do you know that up to 60% of tomatoes are wasted in Africa by not making use of post harvest systems that are available, most of these systems are not difficult to apply.  
During the peak season most farmers sell their tomatoes at throw-away prices and substantial quantities go to waste because they are highly perishable, by processing this tomatoes you can supply tomato products all year round,this is what i call money spinning venture.

You need to start small, you only need two other people to 


work with you, with your machines and tools. 


Add value to this product and you are on your way to success (financial, employer of labour), many stores will be looking for you to sign contract with you to be their supplier.                        You don't have to buy big machine that you won't utilize the full capacity of the machine. This is one of the mistakes diaspora always made by investing in big machinery and equipment, which will not be suitable for initial project.
